·         You can return any item within 7 days of receipt for a refund.

·         Please request a return by completing our CONTACT page leaving a reason for return/exchange and contact email address.  We will then contact you via email with a return address.

·         We will refund the price you purchased your item at.

·         Please note that items must be returned within 7 working days in an unworn, unused, unmarked condition in the original packaging with all original tags still attached.

·         Underwear, Swimwear, Earrings & Hairpieces cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

·         Please be careful when trying on your items! We cannot accept returns on soiled items. Ensure all tags are intact and the item is in original condition. All goods will be inspected on return

·         Any unwanted items must be returned to Shop Ingles in a saleable condition.  Unfortunately any returns which are found to have make-up stains on the garment cannot be exchanged or refunded.

·         We do not accept refunds or exchange on sale items.

·         The goods are your responsibility until they reach Shop Ingles, so please make sure it’s packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way!

·         We can't issue a refund until we have received your item, so we recommend using a recorded delivery service that you can track.

·         We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

·         Postage costs are non-refundable.

·         Shop Ingles do not currently offer prepaid returns labels.  We recommend that you return your items via a recorded method so that you can track its whereabouts should there be a delay.

·         Please allow the Shop Ingles team 5 working days to process your return and refund after it has reached our premises. 

·         If you wish to return your item we advise you do so via recorded delivery.  This will ensure that your order reaches us safely and if it does get lost it can be traced and we can process your refund/exchange.  However if you do choose to use a standard service which means your order cannot be tracked, we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

·         Please ensure that you check your PayPal account to make sure that your address is correct.  Shop Ingles are not responsible for packages being sent to the wrong/old address.

·         PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASES FROM OUR COLLECTION WITHOUT AUTHORISATION AS THERE IS NO REFUND AVAILABLE FOR UNAUTHORISED PURCHASES.
